We are moving to a new apartment and Paeae office will move too.
Of course the most important thing (at least in my opinion) was to design a computer network and other electronics that improve the way of life :) My other half seems to think that furniture like kitchen table is more important..
The apartment already has a Cat-6 network cabling in every room and it will be used for the network but rest of the stuff should be wireless. So temperature sensors and controls will use Xbee or similar technique.
At least sauna and balcony will have temperature and humidity sensors which can be checked from web or iPhone. And of course sauna will have an automatic notification when it is usable (that is, 80degrees celsius or so) :)

perhaps that’s the thing that makes you a pro and me … well just someone who wants to eat at the kitchen besides nice interactive lightning system ;p
