I am a big fan of IMGUI style user interfaces and I just found one of the many IMGUI implementations I’ve made with Python and decided to put it on a GPL license and release it. Replaced the standard cupcake threaded rods with trapezoidal rods. It rocks! I was really unimpressed with the rods that came with my Cupcake package. Most of them were already not very straight and made the Z-stage wobble really bad. Now the z-stage flows really smoothly. Hardest part was to get the ReplicatorG axis scale value [...]

I’ve had a lot of problems with Plastruder MK4, it strips the filament all the time or the idler wheel loosens during the build. Main problem from my opinion is the idler wheel tightening. It just is not good enough. I found a Printruder II model which looked like an excellent alternative to Plastruder so [...]
